Renée J. Conner is the founder and owner of PensionPro Software. She has more than 30 years of employee benefits experience and leads our Consulting Team. Renée offers assistance in the area of Strategic Analysis and Business Profitability and brings a fresh combination of “bottom line” and “front line” realities to her third party administrator (TPA) clients.

In 1988, Renée founded The Pension Alliance Inc., a retirement administration firm headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and expanded the practice to four East Coast offices managing more than 1,000 plans. She sold the firm to National Investment Managers Inc. in 2007. Using her entrepreneurial, TPA business owner, and profitability skills, Renée advises businesses on profitability trends and workflow.

Tamara joined the PensionPro team in 2012 with a background similar to our founder. She has over 25 years of administration and management experience and offers assistance in the areas of Process Design (DC plans including Daily Operations) and Template Development (DC plans including Daily Operations).

Tamara brings to our team her experience from leading the employee benefit plan administration teams for three regional bank holding companies before founding her own administration firm in 2006. After growing her national firm to 700 plans, she sold it to CPI Qualified Plan Consultants, Inc. in 2009. After the acquisition, she became their Director of 403(b) Sales and Consulting through 2011.

The man behind PensionPro’s algorithms, Bill has an obsession for operational clarity and reducing complexity—and that’s a combination that packs a pension industry punch. Splitting time between the mountains of Montana and central Pennsylvania, Bill is equally comfortable working on his mountain property as he is designing the next iteration of PensionPro Software. With 17 years of experience as a systems analyst, network integrator, and software designer/developer—13 years of that with The Pension Alliance—Bill uses numbers to drive performance. His expertise in Microsoft Windows, SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and Visual Basic programming complements his spirit of innovation.

Always keeping the end-user squarely in his design sights, Darren’s primary focus is in automating business processes and creating software that enhances profitability. No stranger to the TPA industry, Darren spent 10 years designing, developing, and supporting custom software applications with The Pension Alliance. He handled the full software life cycle for the firm’s custom practice management applications and understands what PensionPro Workflow clients need for seamless office technologies and greater profitability. At PensionPro, Darren leads the development of systems and infrastructure with front-line insight on how to ensure PPS maintains its enterprise efficiency edge.

Customers first! Holly understands the importance of treating customers like a partner. She is passionate about providing the best solutions and understands that without continuously interacting with customers and implementing feedback into software design, you cannot provide the best product for the industry. “Communicating and listening to the customer is the key to success!”

Holly spent the past 10 years working for ftwilliam.com, a compliance software provider for TPAs. During that time she created and implemented many successful marketing campaigns for the entire product line. She was also responsible for new product and enhancement launches, customer onboarding programs and sales support. Holly also ran customer advisory committees, the company’s successful educational webinar series, and the annual customer conference. Holly’s involvement in software design was vital to its success because of her ability to listen to the customer and to understand their needs.

Holly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

What is Holly passionate about outside of work? “I can’t get enough of my human and furry children, my husband and my amazing friends!”
