    At PensionPro, our Client Services Team is dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring you get the most out of PensionPro. From developing eLearning content and Help Center articles, to troubleshooting technical issues, or guiding you through features, this group is here to support you every step of the way. It is my pleasure to introduce you to the people who make it happen!

    Ways to Get Support

    The PensionPro Help Center offers different mediums of support, including Help Center Articles, eLearning courses or direct support with a member of our support staff. To Access our Help Center content, simply click the Help Icon (?) in the upper-right corner of any screen in PensionPro. This will take you to the applicable Help article based on where you were in the application when you clicked the icon. Once here, you can use the Search feature to search the database for any feature or problem you need to solve. You can also view a list of Features and select an article from the list.

    PensionPro also offers a Single Sign-On option to the Help Center to submit a ticket to our support team! Simply click the chat bubble icon from the header in PensionPro which will take you to a login screen. Select Continue with PensionPro, and you will land on your My
    Activities page without having to enter a username or password. Your My Activities page is where you can submit a new request to our support staff or view any tickets you already have open.

    We also offer eLearning courses through ProPass, hosted on our Learning Management System. If you are a ProPass subscriber, the article PensionPro ProPass offers more information on how to access our learning content, along with a current course catalog for your reference. If you are not currently a ProPass subscriber, the article also includes information on how to subscribe.
