By now, everyone should have at least heard that the DOL released soft guidance regarding cybersecurity and expectations for service providers. In the field, the DOL is already asking for the recommended documentation during investigating. This is a further indication that actual Regulations are coming. TPAs have to be prepared to answer the questions and helping clients that are technophobes get with the program. Alison J. Cohen from Ferenczy Benefits Law Center will talk about what is expected of all service providers in the industry and strategies for bringing the reluctant client into the 21st Century.
